Online participation is viewing only. Those who will be presenting must attend in person. Only some sessions are available online.

キャンセルポリシー / Cancellation Policy
10月11日までにキャンセルの場合、手数料を差し引いた金額を払い戻しいたします。
また、天災等による中止の場合は、一部を返金することがあります。

If you cancel your registration by October 11, 2024, we will refund the fees (please note that the vender's fee is not refundable). In case of cancellation due to natural disaster such as a typhoon, a portion of the fees may be refunded.

懇親会における食事制限について／Dietary restrictions at the reception
懇親会はビュッフェ形式となります。
・ベジタリアンおよびハラルメニューを提供しています。
・使用している食材やアレルギー物質の表示をしています。
・調理器具の洗浄には細心の注意を払っていますが、アレルギー物質混入の可能性を完全に排除できるわけではありません。

It will be a buffet-style reception.
・Vegetarian and Halal menu will be available.
・Allergic substances will be specified in the list of ingredients.
・Although we take the utmost care in cleaning utensils, we cannot completely eliminate the possibility of cross-contamination.
